You will work with the rest of the T1V Support team and your success at T1V will be measured by displaying the above qualities, fulfilling key responsibilities to the satisfaction of your colleagues, and pushing yourself (and your team) to gain further expertise in best practices in customer support.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. As an added perk, bonuses and stock options are awarded based on performance.
