These products are showcased in our T1 Tapas restaurant located at the Birkdale Village in Huntersville, North Carolina. Owners Mike Feldman and Jim Morris previously worked together at Digital Optics Corporation, a startup founded by Mr. Feldman and later sold to Tessera Technologies, Inc.
